Dave is passionate about changing the way Men engage in therapy and improving their quality of life. With over 15 years’ experience in corporate, sport, defence, health, government and academic environments, he’s worked in numerous male-dominated environments, and provides specialist Psychological services in a way that’s identifiable and relatable. Previously a structural draftsman, Dave ‘fell’ into Psychology, and has been hooked ever since. His Doctorate involved developing strategies for the enhancement and maintenance of performance with the West Coast Eagles. A lover of surfing, the outdoors and adventure cycling, Dave is married and currently trying to start a family. Starting with a chocolate labrador called Lani.

Luke Foster

Down-to-earth, approachable, and ‘a bloody good bloke’ is the best way to describe Luke. With 12 years’ experience as an accomplished Psychologist in military, national and global organisations, he has extensive experience working with men in predominantly male environments. Luke also works as the lead facilitator for LIVIN, a mental health charity, delivering mental health awareness and stigma reduction education initiatives for schools, sporting clubs, local communities and workplaces. Passionate about philanthropy, travel, visual arts, exercise and sport (especially his team the Bombers), Luke is highly regarded professionally for his ‘on-the-level’ conversational and very relatable therapeutic approach.

Jon thrives on seeing those he treats take control of their destiny. His passion for bringing out the best in others has taken him around the globe for 15 years. Including the Asia-Pacific, Russia, North America and remote Australia – assisting and supporting workforce engagement, team cohesion and well-being. Jon’s industry knowledge includes Professional Services, Healthcare, Mining, Construction, Aviation, Utilities, Tourism, Education, Media, Sport and more. He has extensive experience dealing with those in FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) roles. Dr John Baranoff

Married with 3 children, John knows well the realities of juggling life, work and performing at your peak. With close to 20 years’ experience across clinical, sport and academic settings, he’s provided Psychological support and intervention to men in a number of high performance and community environments and uses the latest research to inform his clinical approach. Experienced in dealing with elite sportspeople, John has worked with the AIS, AFL and the AFLPA. He also trains other Psychologists in effective treatments for anxiety and depression. His University of Queensland Doctorate focused on coping with athletic injuries, and those that affect well-being. Naturally, John loves sport, particularly open water swimming, running and cycling. He’s also a keen guitarist.

As the mother of two young Men (one a sensitive soul and the other independently headstrong), Jo is passionate about enhancing individual and group performance across all areas of life – including mental health, employment, relationships, and parenting. Her home-life also means she has an active interest in reducing male mental health stigma and improving early intervention and support mechanisms for Men. With 13 years’ experience in adult and adolescent mental health, Jo has worked in military and performance-based settings. Her methods are collaborative and evidence based, utilising goal-setting to work through concerns, life difficulties and challenges. Out of hours, Jo is an avid runner, netballer and tennis player.

Dave has had a 20 year international career as a Psychologist, strategist, consultant and advisor. With an early career path that has included construction and earthmoving, hospitality, and small business ownership, through to leadership positions in ASX companies working with C-suites and Boards, he is a recognised expert in workplace mental health who is a regular on the national and international speaking circuit. With a knack for untangling complexity, Dave is experienced in dispute resolution, workplace dynamics, executive stress, leadership self-care and risk management. A keen surfer, fisherman, history-buff and traveller, he keeps busy not only with his hobbies, but also raising a family of three.

Dr Stewart Hase

An experienced management and executive coach, who has run workshops in leadership, learning, mental health, team development and change for many years, Stewart is best known for developing a learning theory with a colleague that’s now used globally. An author of over 130 books, book chapters and scientific papers, he has been a registered Psychologist in private practice since 1986. Stewart has assisted countless Men to resolve concerns, improve relationships, develop careers and lead a better life. Living in a small northern NSW fishing village with fabulous beaches, surf and golf course (where he tries to hit a little white ball with a stick poorly suited to the task), Stewart enjoys painting, fishing, being amazed at his grandchildren and continuing to write his fictional stories and articles.

Shelley Miles

With over 14 years’ Psychological experience, Shelley began her career working with children and families experiencing a range of pressures. She has worked across a broad range of environments including health, education, non-government, corporate and sport, along with the predominantly male industries of mining, construction, utilities, transport, law and finance. A specialist in the area of trauma, Shelley has provided critical incident support to corporate firms in events such as accidental deaths and injuries, as well as stressful occurrences such as organisational redundancies, restructures, change and uncertainty, aggression and conflict. She is a person that cares deeply about helping people maintain their health and wellbeing in all aspects of their life. Big on fitness, Shelley is a keen HIIT trainer, swimmer and cook.

With over a decade of combined experience in military, clinical and sports psychology sectors, Kelly’s definition of success is intertwined with both professional and personal pursuits. Currently she is in the midst of the ‘joys and chaos’ of raising a young family. During the course of her career, Kelly has sought out a diverse range of professional opportunities, including international engagements that have provided a broad framework of lessons and perspectives she’s been able to share and utilise to assist others. Her interests include interior design, travel, photography and coffee.
